<BR>Job Description:<BR><BR> JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: <BR>. Will be responsible for fabrication and testing of electronic <BR>assemblies for Unmanned Aerial Systems. <BR>. Assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies. <BR>. Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools. <BR>. Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies. <BR>. Soldering of all types according to IPC standards in connection with <BR>the above-described duties. <BR>. Working with engineers to improve assembly efficiency and product <BR>quality, and in the documentation of assemblies and fabrication procedures. <BR>. Will work closely with a team of electronics technicians and other <BR>engineers <BR><BR>REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND: <BR>. A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Training in <BR>electronics, an AA in Electronics, and/or solder certification is a plus. <BR>. 5+ years experience in fabrication and development of electrical <BR>equipment. <BR>. Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, wire strippers, <BR>drills, power tools and air tools is required. <BR>. Experience with oscilloscopes, DMM's, and other related electronics <BR>test equipment required. <BR>. Familiarity with Safety and ESD practices is required. <BR>. Familiarity with AS50881 wiring standard or related standards a plus. <BR>. Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings is <BR>required. <BR>. Must be able to work in a team environment <BR>. Must be to take responsibility for quality of work performed <BR>. Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision <BR>. Must have basic computer operation skills including familiarity with <BR>MS Word and Excel <BR>. Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to <BR>communicate effectively with employees in the Company. <BR>. Must have ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to interpret <BR>a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form. <BR>.
