JOB DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
? Will be responsible for fabrication and testing of electronic
assemblies for Unmanned Aerial Systems.
? Assembly of wire harnesses and cable assemblies.
? Mechanical assembly of subassemblies using hand and/or power tools.
? Testing and troubleshooting of subassemblies and final assemblies.
? Soldering of all types according to IPC standards in connection with
the above-described duties.
? Working with engineers to improve assembly efficiency and product
quality, and in the documentation of assemblies and fabrication procedures.
? Will work closely with a team of electronics technicians and other
engineers

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS AND BACKGROUND:
? A High School diploma or equivalent is required. Training in
electronics, an AA in Electronics, and/or solder certification is a plus.
? 5+ years experience in fabrication and development of electrical
equipment.
? Experience with hand tools, including crimpers, wire strippers,
drills, power tools and air tools is required.
? Experience with oscilloscopes, DMM?s, and other related electronics
test equipment required.
? Familiarity with Safety and ESD practices is required.
? Familiarity with AS50881 wiring standard or related standards a plus.
? Ability to read electrical schematics and engineering drawings is
required.
? Must be able to work in a team environment
? Must be to take responsibility for quality of work performed
? Must be able to work with a minimum of supervision
? Must have basic computer operation skills including familiarity with
MS Word and Excel
? Must have good oral and written communication skills. Must be able to
communicate effectively with employees in the Company.
? Must have ability to analyze and solve problems. Ability to interpret
a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram or schedule form.
? Working with ESD sensitive electronics and composites in our UAS
