Image Capture Engineer:


Description:
Responsible for support and maintenance of imaging software solutions including Kofax, Captiva, and IBML. Provides Level 3 support for imaging solutions. Use experience and troubleshooting skills to resolve issues or provide analysis for development team to resolve. Deploys software version upgrades, builds, patches, emergency fixes, etc. based on requirements provided by development team. Work with QA and UAT to provide volume, stress, unit and integration testing. Install and configure imaging software on servers. Create procedures and documentation for issues. Provide support for imaging administration. Work closely with ECI teams such as Development, QA, Architecture, Release Management and Project Management. Work with business units and other IT groups.
